Here at City Lofts on Laclede, our housing contracts begin in mid-August and will terminate in late July. Payments are broken into 12 equal monthly installments.
Our apartments are nestled in the heart of St. Louis, just minutes away from the Saint Louis University* campus. This makes commuting to class worry-free, as our apartments near SLU* allow you to make it to class in record time!
Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of each month. Residents can pay these installments through our resident portal or by bringing a check to our management office!
Installment payments for our SLU* off campus housing includes high-speed internet, basic cable, and access to our exclusive amenities.
